Step onto the floor where skilled assembly meets opportunity. We're looking for Assemblers to join our crew and help keep products moving with precision, speed, and quality.

What You Bring to the Table

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand tools and production equipment
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

What You'll Build Every Day

• Assemble gaskets onto plates accurately and efficiently
• Perform gasket buffing, clipping, and finishing tasks
• Operate lift tables and other production equipment safely
• Conduct basic visual inspections of plates and gaskets
• Verify and record heat codes for material traceability
• Complete production schedules and confirm labor in SAP/ERP systems
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material availability
• Provide guidance and support to temporary team members
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Participate in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement efforts
