Customer Invoicing Process Design & Fusion Analyst (Finance Process Manager - GBS)
Remote w/ 50% travel
3 Months

Travel: Up to 50% travel (Domestic and International to Argentina)

Overview:
Responsible for documenting and optimizing end-to-end Customer Invoicing processes within Oracle Fusion (Invoicing module).
The role focuses on capturing current-state workflows, creating SOPs, and identifying process and technology improvements to enhance efficiency and standardization across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Document end-to-end invoicing processes, SOPs, RACI, and workflows with SMEs.
Ensure alignment with internal controls, audit, and compliance standards.
Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities using Oracle Fusion, Automation Anywhere, and ServiceNow.
Define KPIs/SLAs and support continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Collaborate with finance teams to standardize and optimize global processes.

Must-Have Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
2-3 years experience in Order-to-Cash or process management.
Strong understanding of finance processes and internal controls.
Experience with process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion (Invoicing), Automation Anywhere, and ServiceNow.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (South America ~50%).
