Hiring Event Details:
Upon arrival, candidates should park on the 3rd level of the parking garage. From there, use the stairs or elevators located on the east side of the garage (closest to the terminal) to go down to the 2nd floor.

Payrate $18 per hour

* Eligible for Pay Increase for Screening Position upon completion of training

Shift Availability: Saturday and Sundays mandatory, Weekdays are optional for availability
* Shifts available from 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Part-Time / Seasonal Positions

Work Locations:* Fort Lauderdale & Miami Cruise Ports

Preferred Qualifications:
* Access Control / Badge Experience
* X-Ray Screening Experience
* Customer Service Experience
* Comfortable using a computer or tablet
* TWIC Card Preferred (NOT Required)
* Must have a Birth Certificate or Passport

Requirements:
* State, County, or City Issued Security D License
(We can provide more information if you do not currently have one)

Position Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service while carrying out safety and security procedures
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
* Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
* Follow site-specific policies and emergency response procedures

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  *A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
