Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Vice President, Digital Performance Marketing is the enterprise leader responsible for the pre-transaction digital growth layer of the business. This role owns the "what" and "where" of digital activation before the transaction begins: who we target, what we say, where traffic lands, and how we optimize non-transactional digital experiences to improve performance at scale. Operating at the center of Marketing, Media, Digital Commerce & Experience, Product, Strategy, and Analytics, this leader sets the enterprise strategy, operating model, and governance for digital performance marketing. The VP translates business and marketing priorities into coordinated, data-driven activation across paid, owned, CRM, push, and merchandising surfaces-building a modern performance engine grounded in segmentation, experimentation, personalization, and AI-enabled optimization. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
