Wagner is seeking a Manager of Project Management to lead our project management team and oversee the successful execution of complex architectural and miscellaneous metals projects-from contract award through final closeout.

This is a key leadership role where you'll shape how projects are delivered, mentor a team of Project Managers, and partner across engineering, fabrication, and field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers
  • Oversee multiple projects from kickoff through closeout
  • Establish and enforce project management processes and best practices
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Resolve complex project challenges related to scope, schedule, cost, and quality
  • Ensure coordination across estimating, detailing, shop, and field teams
  • Monitor project performance, forecasts, and margins
  • Drive continuous improvement across project execution and team performance

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of project management experience in construction, steel, or metals fabrication
  • 3+ years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project delivery
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
