Summary
Reporting to the Director of Construction Management, the Manager of Project Management is responsible for leading and overseeing all project management activities from contract award through final closeout for architectural and miscellaneous metals fabrication and installation projects. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, engineering, and quality requirements. The Director of Construction Management leads Project Managers coordinates cross-departmental efforts (estimating, detailing, shop, field operations), and serves as a key liaison with general contractors, architects, and owners.
