Description

What we are looking for




  • Education: Associates degree in human resources or related field required. Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred.



  • Experience: 3 years of full cycle recruiting(including background check) experience required with a focus on human services being advantageous. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)



  • Certifications: Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR, with SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential being a plus.



  • License and Schedule: Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as required by the agency.
