As an RN Float Pool member, no two days are the same. You'll be the "health hero" across multiple locations, helping the people we support stay healthy, happy, and heard.

What you'll be doing:

• Be a Partner in Health: You'll assist individuals with daily health tasks and help them understand their own health journeys.
• Be an Advocate: You'll work closely with doctors and support teams to ensure everyone gets the preventative care they deserve.
• Be a Teacher: You'll share your knowledge by training and supporting our amazing direct care staff.
• Be a Clinical Pro: From administering medications to monitoring vital signs, you'll use your full range of nursing skills.

SCHEDULE: Days, NO WEEKENDS or ON-CALL - Must work 24 hours every quarter.
