Description Our client is seeking an Epic MyChart Analyst to support key digital health initiatives. This role will play a critical part in optimizing patient engagement, interoperability, and virtual care delivery across both ambulatory and inpatient settings. This is a primarily remote position, with occasional onsite meetings. Position Summary The Epic MyChart Analyst will support and enhance the organization's primary patient engagement platform. This role focuses on MyChart functionality, interoperability, and patient-facing workflows within the Epic environment. Key Responsibilities Support and optimize Epic MyChart, the organization's primary patient-facing application Focus on Welcome workflows and Care Everywhere (interoperability) Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and improve workflows and user experience Understand and support the broader Epic instance and system integrations Participate in build, testing, and ongoing enhancements Engage with cross-functional teams including clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Qualifications Experience with Epic MyChart (preferred depth of expertise) Epic certification preferred (MyChart or Ambulatory); willingness to train as needed Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and interoperability concepts Experience working with third-party integrations and workflows Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders Ability to design and implement scalable solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience with Care Everywhere or interoperability initiatives Background in Ambulatory Epic modules Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Haven, CT. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
