What You'll Do
        

        
Execute integrated, performance-driven marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI
        
Track and optimize performance from initial lead through closed sale
        
Oversee digital channels including paid ads, email, website, and social media
        
Guide creative development to ensure messaging drives response and conversions
        
Support event marketing, neighborhood outreach, and non-traditional campaigns
        
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximize results
        
Identify and implement new marketing tools, trends, strategies and communicate opportunities to the Marketing Director
        
Help coach and develop marketing team members and field teams
        
Work with the Marketing Director, assist in the execution of campaigns and manager deadlines.
        
What You Bring
        

        
5+ years of experience in direct response, digital, and consumer marketing
        
5+ years of team leadership and development experience
        
Proven success managing budgets and performance-based campaigns
        
Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills
        
Education
        

        
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
        
Compensation & Benefits
        

        
$80,000 base salary + performance-based bonus = $100k average
