Executive Service CORRECTIONAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR 1 DRC DIRECTOR Department of Correction Rehab Services Memphis, TN Annual Salary: $67,764.00 - $108,060.00 Closing Date: 5/18/2026Who we are and what we do: The Tennessee Department of Correction operates and oversees 14 adult prisons across the state, housing some 21,000 offenders. In the community, TDOC supervises 79,000 offenders on probation, parole, or community corrections. The department operates 44 probation/parole offices in 13 districts across the state. How you make a difference in this role: To operate safe and secure facilities and provide effective community supervision to support successful reentry. Job Overview: The Correctional Program Director position oversees the TDOC Day Reporting Center/Community Resource Center. These centers provide outpatient drug treatment programming as well as reentry assistance to current and past felony offenders. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, multi-level organization driving the evidenced-based strategies in working with the offender population. Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, organization and be able to work with outside agencies, the court, and the community to provide necessary support and services. The candidate should be able to support both those who are working with this population as well as those who have committed offenses. Minimum Qualifications: Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree with five (5) years of correctional experience and at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
