Senior Project Manager

Job Details:
Job Title: Project Manager/ Sr. Project Manager Job Duration: 4 months contract role with possible extension
Location: Philadelphia PA 19104
Pay Range: $55-$60/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly with clients, teams, vendors, and leadership
• Lead and manage large project teams (15-26 people)
• Handle complex, high-risk projects and ensure smooth execution
• Work with senior leaders to define project goals, budgets, and plans
• Track progress, solve problems, and manage risks
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor contracts
• Share project updates and reports with stakeholders
• Coach and support team members
• Follow project management best practices and improve processes
• Ensure data security and follow all compliance and healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects
• Experience working directly with senior leadership
• Ability to handle unclear situations and guide teams toward decisions .
