The Sales Support Representative (SSR) is a key member of the Fortinet sales organization, responsible for delivering standardized operational support across assigned sales districts. Operating within a centralized Center of Excellence model, the SSR ensures consistency, data integrity, and scalable execution that enables sales teams to focus on revenue generation. In this role, you will partner closely with Field and Inside Sales Account Managers, Deals Desk, Channel Operations, and Sales Operations to support lifecycle management, quoting processes, and forecasting accuracy. The SSR role is operational in nature and does not include prospecting, business development, or individual quota-carrying responsibilities. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. On target earnings for this position is expected to be $75,000 - $85,000 per year. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program, and this position is also eligible for commissions based on the terms of the Sales Compensation Plan | |
