We are seeking a strategic professional to drive end-to-end Planning & Fulfillment across our global operations. In this role, you will lead the deployment and continuous improvement of S&OP, forecasting, and inventory management practices, with a strong focus on optimizing lead times, reducing excess inventory, and improving service levels. Working cross-functionally with Supply Chain and Operations, you will use data-driven insights to enhance key KPIs and strengthen value chain visibility.

The position is ideally based within our Business Line locations in a hybrid setup, though we welcome applications globally.

The role involves approximately 30% travel time.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, and execute end-to-end Planning & Fulfillment strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the deployment and continuous improvement of S&OP and inventory management best practices across global units.
  • Drive end-to-end process optimization to reduce lead times, inventory (including Sales in Excess), and improve on-time delivery and value chain visibility.
  • Identify cross-functional opportunities to enhance Planning & Fulfillment performance and contribute added value to other business areas.
  • Lead global initiatives on forecasting, capacity planning, and resource optimization in collaboration with Supply Chain and Operations.
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs (inventory levels, forecast accuracy, lead time, service levels) through data-driven decision-making.
  • Coach and support local teams in implementing standardized processes, systems, and continuous improvement practices (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
  • Lead improvement programs and cross-functional projects to enhance operational excellence and working capital performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Planning & Fulfillment, Supply Chain, or Operations within a global/matrix organization.
  • Strong expertise in S&OP processes, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, data analysis, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and planning tools; familiarity with APS/MES is advantageous.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities across functions and geographies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills with the ability to drive change in complex environments.
