Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Give to Give Foundation, is recruiting a Chief Executive Officer to join their team. Give to Give operates with a remote team model, Northeast residency is preferred. About Give to Give Foundation Give to Give Foundation is a mission-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on delivering neuroscience-based, meditation-informed programs to communities experiencing trauma and marginalization. Their work spans Indigenous communities, veterans and their families, incarcerated individuals, and educators serving children in underserved environments. By combining evidence-based methodologies with deeply human-centered approaches, the organization is redefining how healing and transformation can be delivered at scale. Give to Give operates a hybrid model that blends immersive, in-person experiences with digital programming to expand reach and deepen impact globally. The CEO will lead the organization through a period of transformation, bringing clarity, structure, and execution to support long-term, sustainable growth. This role is particularly well-suited for a leader who thrives in moments of change, someone energized by rebuilding, operating within ambiguity, and establishing the systems and strategy required to scale impact. This is not a purely strategic role. Given the current size of the organization, the CEO must be both visionary and hands-on, setting direction while directly driving execution and ensuring ideas translate into measurable outcomes. Overseeing an approximate $3M budget and a core team of three staff members, alongside a broader network of consultants, facilitators, and partners, this leader will build the infrastructure, partnerships, and funding streams necessary to support rapid growth while maintaining program integrity and mission alignment. The organization is targeting significant near-term growth, with aspirations to scale from approximately $3M to $10M+ in revenue over the next several years. Qualifications
Compensation & Benefits The base salary for this position is $175,000 to $200,000, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $50,000 annually through performance-based incentives.
