Network / System Engineer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a M365 Engineer for an onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

As a Senior Desktop Systems Engineer, you will be accountable for all M365 client endpoint designs and builds. This role is responsible for the M365 client suite design, build process, packaging methodology, deployment, and update mechanisms, requiring extensive technical capabilities while working with a team of senior technical professionals in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune (or other MDM/MAM solutions) for mobile device enrollment, policy enforcement, and application deployment across various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows)
• Develop and maintain security policies, including conditional access, data loss prevention (DLP), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings for mobile devices
• Manage the lifecycle of M365 applications and other business apps on mobile devices, including deployment, updates, and decommissioning
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to mobile device management, applications, and related services for end-users and other IT teams
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) related to mobile device management and data protection
• Monitor the performance of the MDM/MAM environment and optimize configurations for efficiency and stability
• Create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and training materials for end-users and other IT teams
• Collaborate with other IT teams, including network, security, and application teams, to ensure seamless integration and support for mobile device management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration, particularly in the areas of MDM, MAM, and device management
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies
• Experience with mobile device management platforms (MDM/MAM) for iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices
• Familiarity with security policies, identity and access management, and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools for device management
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience with Agile Practices

Desired skills:

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSD) are a plus

Pay range: $58.31 - $66.31 per hour
