Job summary:

TheREV GroupE-ONEOpExLeaderswill be focused on leading continuous improvement projects that support the business goalsofE-ONEthroughtheGoal Deployment Process(GDP).Improvement projectswillinvolvedepartmentssuch as Sales, Engineering,Purchasing,and Operations. TheOpExLeaderwillfacilitateimprovedoutcomesofprocesses todriveefficiencies, reduce cost,and increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • TheREVOpExLeaders will work with their BU'sREVOpExManagertoexecute/facilitateimprovement projects.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects through focused Kaizens to achieve measured resultsandtargeted hard savings.

  • Conduct root cause analysis toeliminatewaste, troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues, material flow,and informational inputs that may lead to inefficiencies.

  • Coach and train both hourlyand salaryemployeeson any specific relatedOpEximprovements.

  • Help support and develop a culture that promotesoperational excellence andcontinuous improvements.

  • Must be able to effectively communicatethescope of projects and report to upper management with weekly status reports.

  • Coordinate, monitor,and drive project activities, manage project risks,issues, changes,and resources,and take corrective actions whennecessary. Decides andinitiatesaction.

  • Provides the projectteamwith a clear sense of direction,motivating and empowering them toinitiatesustainable improvementsto their current processes and work environments.

  • Build teamworkthrough engagement andalignsteam members by tying to individualand collective goals.

  • Evaluate and closetheproject,identifyand analyze lessons learned,archive project documents,and hand overtheproject to customer and/orprocess owner.

  • Provide insightsregardingquantitative and qualitative developmentsusingperiodical reports and/oranalyses

Requirements (education, experience, travel,physical, work environment):

  • Bachelor's degree, preference for Engineering, technical or finance-related degrees or5-10years experienceinOperations

  • Solid awareness ofoperationsandbusiness processes.

  • Passion for change and continuousimprovement,must be self-motivated, have initiative, and have a positive attitude.

  • Able totrain andimpart knowledge to others and to learn quickly
