Role Player Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting SOF Global Services Delivery. Provides senior-level technical, operational, and strategic expertise in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF) missions worldwide. Advises leadership, supports mission planning and execution, enhances workforce readiness through training oversight, and ensures delivery of high-quality services aligned with customer requirements, operational priorities, and contract objectives. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)
The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in role playing, scenario-based training, and immersive training support for SOF missions. They demonstrate the ability to design, execute, and support realistic training scenarios that enhance operational readiness and decision-making. The candidate is skilled in supporting strategic planning and operational execution by aligning training scenarios with mission objectives. They have proven experience coordinating with government leadership, military personnel, contractors, and international partners, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration. Strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance is essential. The candidate must also have excellent communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to support reports, briefings, and training documentation. Additionally, they excel in mentoring, instruction, and knowledge transfer, while applying critical thinking and maintaining adaptability in high-pressure, fast-paced, and austere environments.
