Are you an organizational wizard with a passion for precision? We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive individual to play a pivotal role in bringing captivating consumer products to market. In this position, you will be the linchpin for product development programs, ensuring every detail is meticulously tracked and every milestone is met. Your exceptional ability to manage complex data and coordinate seamlessly between internal teams and external partners will directly impact the timely and successful launch of exciting new offerings, making a tangible difference in delivering joy to consumers globally.

**What You'll Do:**

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date product development data within various systems, ensuring information is current and reliable.

* Track and manage critical development milestones, deliverables, and status updates for product programs from concept through production readiness.

* Proactively engage with external suppliers to gather missing or outdated information, ensuring all system data accurately reflects the current status.

* Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including sourcing, product design, merchandising, packaging, production, and planning, to clarify inputs, resolve discrepancies, and align on next steps.

* Ensure consistency and accuracy of product attributes, timelines, and documentation across all tracking tools.

* Identify potential gaps, risks, or misalignments in development tracking and escalate issues clearly and promptly to prevent delays.

* Support the continuous improvement of tracking processes, templates, and communication workflows to enhance efficiency.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and diverse data sources simultaneously.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear, concise, and professional interactions with both internal partners and external suppliers.

* High attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy and completeness.

* Comfort working within structured systems and adhering to disciplined processes.

* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently follow through on commitments.

* Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools such as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, project management platforms, or similar data management tools.

* Demonstrated ability to project manage, including backing out deadlines and dates to ensure projects remain on track and on schedule.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Direct experience with a specific Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

* Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms.

* Prior experience supporting sourcing, product development, or supply chain teams, particularly within consumer products.

**Required Education:**

* BA/BS preferred.
