**What You'll Do:**

* 4 years of experience leading the creation of comprehensive program charters, meticulously defining scope, timelines, objectives, resource allocation, and potential risks for advanced initiatives. Develop detailed project plans that segment work into discrete phases, identify dependencies, and ensure transparency into program constraints.

* Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and optimize team structures. Proactively manage program escalations, collaborating closely with stakeholders to find swift resolutions.

* Design and implement strategic communication plans tailored to various stakeholder groups, ensuring consistent and predictable information flow. Act as a key representative for the program team across numerous engagement points.

* Drive critical change management initiatives, developing comprehensive rollout plans that include thorough impact analyses. Monitor the progress of these rollouts, proactively addressing and resolving any misalignments to ensure smooth transitions.

* Independently identify and gather essential data for effective program execution and governance. Maintain meticulous project trackers and status reports, proactively managing dependencies and ensuring tasks align with high standards of quality, inclusivity, and brand integrity. Establish robust program governance structures, including effective mitigation strategies, post-mortems, and escalation protocols, and lead impactful program team meetings.
