We are seeking a Lead Pharmacy Clinical System Analyst to play a pivotal role in advancing our clinical systems and digital health initiatives. In this role, you'll serve as a key partner between clinical operations and IT-driving innovation, optimizing workflows, and leading high-impact system initiatives that directly improve patient care and safety.

What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate, design, and enhance clinical systems and workflows
- Partner with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Configure, maintain, and optimize clinical applications, including EHR and decision support tools
- Translate clinical and business needs into technical requirements and system solutions
- Drive system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements from planning through go-live and beyond
- Oversee testing strategies, user training, and adoption efforts to ensure successful deployments
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions
- Support data integrity, reporting, and analytics to meet clinical, operational, and regulatory needs
- Ensure systems meet compliance standards, including privacy and security requirements
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior analysts and team members
- Lead communication of system updates, impacts, and best practices across stakeholders
- Contribute to change management, incident response, and downtime preparedness
What You Bring
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience supporting and optimizing clinical systems in a healthcare setting
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Oracle EHR platforms
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives independently
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

- Experience with project management methodologies or IT service management frameworks
