General Summary of Position: Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences (ZCHS) at UMass Lowell is seeking an Enrollment and Experiential Learning Coordinator to work within the college Dean's office and collaborate across the college to support enrollment and experiential learning (Career Connected Experiences). In terms of enrollment, the coordinator will support transfer student enrollment and onboarding, as well as manage enrollment issues that arise with students in ZCHS. The coordinator will also play an integral role in planning and executing recruitment and yield events. The coordinator will also manage the administrative aspects of both experiential learning placements (e.g. internships, practicums, co-ops) across multiple degree programs and the maintenance of community partnerships, and will work collaboratively with departments to develop and sustain new partnerships. Essential Job Duties: 1. Coordinate the transfer student registration and onboarding process, in collaboration with Transfer Coordinators and Department Administrators.
2. Provide Dean's Office level support for experiential learning across the College.
3. Assist with College recruitment and yield events.
4.Coordinate data analysis and reporting efforts regarding transfer enrollment and experiential learning.
5. Support Health Sciences Student Hub operations and help maintain a positive environment for students to thrive.
6. Maintain effective communications with faculty and community partners. Other Job Duties:

Special Instructions to Applicants: This position is full-time, benefited and in the SEIU Professional union in grade P17. Anticipated salary, based on qualifications/experience within range: minimum: $65,693 25th quartile: $74,725 and midpoint: $83,758.
