Position Summary This position is responsible for scheduling patient appointments and tests in an efficient and timely manner. Answer incoming calls and directs calls to appropriate personnel as needed. Serves as a liaison between patients and medical staff. May be designated as the lead employee. May orient, train and assign the work of other employees as requested by supervisor. Supports and adheres to the Cancer Care Northwest Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Responsibilities Responsibilites:
