As a Senior Workplace Experience Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for building out and operating our new Charlotte office, ensuring a high level of workplace support services are delivered while cocreating a vibrant, connected community across all business units.

You'll play a pivotal role in establishing Capital Group's presence in Charlotte, helping shape the associate experience from the beginning. This role blends operational excellence with communitybuilding, ensuring the workplace reflects our culture, values, and high standards as we continue to grow in the region.

You'll own the full workplace lifecycle for the Charlotte site, from initial buildout and readiness through steadystate operations, ensuring seamless transitions, thoughtful change management, and consistently high service delivery. This is a 5-day, inoffice role, with flexibility. Typical working hours may be 9:00am-6:00pm, with the understanding that business needs require adaptability.

• You have extensive experience leading, coaching, and managing teams responsible for maintaining Class A facilitiesand delivering core workplace support services for a large, complex organization. You bring deep experience in facility management, building operations, financial budgeting, vendor management, and business continuity, along with a practical understanding of building mechanical systems.
• You are energized by environments without a clear playbook. You bring structure to ambiguity, anticipate risks, and guide teams and partners through change with composure, empathy, and diplomacy, particularly in moments of growth, transition, or evolving business needs.
• You're comfortable navigating a highly collaborative corporate environment and balancing multiple stakeholders to achieve shared goals. You can influence without authority, partnering with senior leaders and crossfunctional teams to align workplace solutions with business priorities while balancing cost, risk, and associate experience.
• You are aproven leader and skilled communicator who values authenticity, respect, and engagement. You've facilitated a wide range of successful meetings, from small working sessions to larger forums with diverse audiences, and you adapt your style to meet the moment and the people in the room.
• You seek outopportunities to cultivate meaningful professional relationships with key business partners, customers, and colleagues, both locally and across sites. You are passionate about creating a workplace where associates feel connected, supported, and able to do their best work.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
