What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will bridge the gap between Customer Experience Operations and the Professional Services organization to build scalable, data-driven operational processes. You will have a direct impact on project health, margin efficiency, and the adoption of key systems like Kantata, empowering our teams to accelerate client Time-to-Value.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of Professional Services and the Directors to develop annual operational plans that ensure strong resource utilization and project health.

  • Monitor and ensure execution of key performance indicators including Time-to-Value, utilization, project margins, and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify bottlenecks in the customer lifecycle and support the implementation of streamlined workflows and automation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Professional Services leadership and CX Operations delivery teams to manage priorities.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, project management, or CX/Sales Operations.

  • You have proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and Professional Services platforms such as Kantata.

  • You possess strong analytical skills to assess project progression, health scores, and data-driven insights.

  • You hold a Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.

Bonus Points For

  • Direct experience working in the Construction or Engineering software-as-a-service industry.

  • Exceptional soft skills to challenge senior stakeholders and manage complex cross-functional relationships.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
