About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Supply Chain Planner to join our Filtration Planning team. This role is responsible for managing endtoend supply execution in partnership with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal customerfacing and technical teams. The Supply Chain Planner ensures customer demand is fulfilled through timely confirmation of sales orders, placement and management of purchase orders, and proactive coordination across the supply network. This role also requires strong ERP experience to support ongoing transformation efforts, including participation in data validation, process alignment, and transition to a new ERP system. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities while driving supply reliability and customer satisfaction. This role is lcoated at one of our facilities in Elkton, Maryland with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in plant) Pay and Benefits:
- $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Partner with contract manufacturers to manage supply commitments, material availability, and delivery timelines.
- Confirm sales orders and align customer demand with available supply and manufacturing capacity.
- Create, place, and manage purchase orders (POs) to support timely demand fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate order status, commit dates, and available-to-promise (ATP) information in the ERP system.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve supply risks and constraints, including shortages, delays, and capacity issues.
- Serve as a primary liaison between customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Service) and technical teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality).
- Communicate supply status, changes, and recovery plans clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support ERP transformation efforts, including data accuracy, process alignment, and system adoption.
- Analyze inventory performance and recommend actions for stocking optimization and slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
- Drive continuous improvement in supply planning processes, tools, metrics, and supplier collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, material planning, or procurement operations
- Hands-on ERP experience
- Demonstrated working knowledge of order management, procurement, and supplier coordination
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, including experience working with external partners
- Solid understanding of inventory management and replenishment methodologies
- Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills
- Ability to travel less than 5%
Desired Qualifications
- APICS certification such as CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)
- Experience supporting or managing contract manufacturing operations
- Experience using SAP S/4HANA
- Background working in a crossfunctional, customerdriven supply chain environment
