Job Description The Senior Manager, Performance & Analytics is a key leader responsible for driving CuraCor Group's(CCG) most critical initiatives through execution. (CCG is the diversified business of CuraCor Solutions)In this role you will oversee the full CCG project delivery portfolio, partner closely with shared services and enterprise leadership, and ensure disciplined governance, performance management, and operational rigor across CCG and its subsidiaries. The role leads annual strategic and operating planning, translates strategic priorities into executable plans, and enables data driven decision making through strong analytics and performance insights. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, this individual is responsible for coordinating and preparing CCG for all enterprise governance and performance forums, while continuously advancing project delivery, analytics, and AI enabled capabilities to support growth, scalability, and long-term business performance. Salary Range At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed.
