Job Description

The Senior Manager, Performance & Analytics is a key leader responsible for driving CuraCor Group's(CCG) most critical initiatives through execution. (CCG is the diversified business of CuraCor Solutions)

In this role you will oversee the full CCG project delivery portfolio, partner closely with shared services and enterprise leadership, and ensure disciplined governance, performance management, and operational rigor across CCG and its subsidiaries. The role leads annual strategic and operating planning, translates strategic priorities into executable plans, and enables data driven decision making through strong analytics and performance insights. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, this individual is responsible for coordinating and preparing CCG for all enterprise governance and performance forums, while continuously advancing project delivery, analytics, and AI enabled capabilities to support growth, scalability, and long-term business performance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver the CCG project portfolio, encompassing all enterprise critical CCG initiatives and integrated programs spanning Blue Cross NC Health Plan and CCG subsidiaries. Drive complex, high visibility initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and aligned to approved strategic objectives and new build intent.

  • Advance and mature CCG's project management and delivery model by operationalizing standardized governance, tools, and execution disciplines across CCG and its subsidiaries to support long term growth, scalability, and strategic priorities.

  • Partner with CuraCor Solutions (CCS) corporate shared services functions (e.g., Finance, IT, HR, Legal) to coordinate and execute priority work in support of CCG and its subsidiaries. Enable shared services partners to effectively deliver against CCG priorities while aligning to enterprise goals and operating models.

  • Own and operate the CCG performance management function, proactively governing performance across CCG, its business verticals, and subsidiaries. Establish clear metrics, dashboards, and review cadences to track progress against strategic goals, operating plans, and financial commitments.

  • Lead the annual strategic planning and operating plan process in close coordination with Enterprise Strategy. Ensure CCG and its subsidiaries define the right strategic priorities, develop aligned budgets, and translate strategy into executable operating plans that drive near and long term performance.

  • Partner with CCG and Enterprise senior leadership to prepare and represent CCG in enterprise level performance and governance forums, including the Board of Trustees, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other executive reporting venues, delivering clear, data driven narratives and insights.

  • Manage and evolve CCG's data and analytics capabilities to support performance management, financial governance, and strategic decision making across P&L, Finance, and Strategy. Continuously advance the use of data, analytics, and AI enabled solutions to improve insight, efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)

  • 8+ years of experience in related field

  • In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field

In a Hybrid-Flex role, you'll work in the office at least two days a week for collaboration and connection. In a Remote Flex role, you'll work virtually, with a few in-office visits each year for meaningful moments that matter.

Salary Range

At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.Our base salary is part of a robust Total Rewards package that includes an Annual Incentive Bonus*, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and competitive health benefits and wellness programs.

*Based on annual corporate goal achievement and individual performance.
