What You'll Do * Lead key financial reporting and analysis processes across Global IT & Digital and Group Functions, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery. * Partner with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to develop, challenge, and refine business assumptions that drive short-term performance and long-term strategy. * Produce executive-ready outputs and presentations that support monthly reviews and corporate submissions. * Manage ad hoc requests with agility, delivering accurate and timely insights that support decision-making. * Identify opportunities to improve reporting tools, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency and impact. * Collaborate with peers across US, UK, and Global FP&A teams to foster an inclusive, customer-focused team environment. * Play a key role in shaping financial insights that inform leadership decisions and drive business performance. What You'll Need * 3+ years of experience in financial planning, reporting, or analysis, ideally within a shared services or matrixed environment. * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. * Advanced Excel skills for data modeling, automation, and visualization. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for building clear, executive-ready presentations. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across teams. * A proactive, improvement-oriented approach to problem-solving and process enhancement. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
