What you'll do:

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Supply Chain team. You will assist with a variety of administrative tasks and provide support to the Global Supply Chain department as well as other departments within Tobii Dynavox. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting and develop valuable skills.

Hybrid role with occasional onsite requirements (approximately 1-2 times per week). Candidates must be based in the Pittsburgh, PA metropolitan area.

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Assist with supply chain coordination.

  • Complete data entry needed for planning and vendor collaboration.

  • Auditing of manually generated files.

  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

What you'll bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Supply Chain or Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
