We're looking for a Workplace Experience Office Lead to join Procore's Workplace Experience team. In this role, you'll support employees and day-to-day office operations, helping make Procore an exceptional place to work. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless, high-quality workplace experience through proactive problem-solving, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. As a Workplace Experience Office Lead, you'll partner with teams across the business to ensure the office environment runs smoothly and supports employee productivity. Use your organizational skills, customer service mindset, and problem-solving abilities to enhance workplace operations, drive projects, and deliver a best-in-class employee experience. This position reports into the Director of Workplace Experience and will be based in our San Francisco, CA office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. What you'll do:
Base Pay Range: 72,716.80 - 99,985.60 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
