Job Title: Corporate Training Specialist II
Department: Training
Location: Within Segra footprint (preferred: Kansas City or Charlotte metro)

Job Summary
The Corporate Training Specialist II is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and ongoing management of employee training programs across the organization. This role supports multiple departments and audiences, including individual contributors and people leaders, and is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy to ensure training goals are met. The Corporate Training Specialist II partners closely with departmental leadership to develop effective training strategies and serves as a subject matter expert within assigned areas of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities



  • Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training programs supporting new hire onboarding and ongoing employee development
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across multiple focus areas, including sales enablement tools and systems
  • Work directly with individual contributors and people leaders to deliver effective training and coaching
  • Mentor employees on systems, tools, and processes
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to assess training needs and deliver relevant solutions
  • Assist in the design and development of both in-person and remote training programs
  • Build, update, and maintain training content in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Accurately track training participation and completion within the LMS
  • Contribute ideas to improve the effectiveness and ROI of training programs
  • Support administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
  • Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment


Qualifications


Experience



  • 3-5 years of relevant training or instructional experience
  • Strong presentation, coaching, and process development skills
  • Experience facilitating training via virtual platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience coordinating training across multiple products, locations, and audiences


Preferred Experience



  • CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics)
  • Articulate 360 tools (Rise, Replay, Storyline)
  • LinkedIn platforms (LinkedIn Learning, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • ZoomInfo, Reonomy, Demand Science
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Video development and editing

Salary Range: $70,000 - $92,000
