  • Create a strategy and plan for prioritizing and executing content changes, partnering with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Build new and updated content across business and cultural content that meets the needs of new hires at each unique stage of their onboarding.
  • Build relationships with functional partners to ensure deep connection with role-specific training to drive speed to productivity.
  • Establish measurement and success metrics and recommend program updates over time based on results.

Lead experience design, content, and enablement for high-priority engagement programs:

  • Drive strategy and content development for critical engagement programs, launches, and change initiatives, bringing the story to life through content and design.
  • Partner on cultural transformation work, developing concepts and content for activating and reinforcing key cultural behaviors across the organization.
Serve as a strategic business advisor on opportunities to bring learning concepts or cultural changes to life based on feedback from our employee engagement survey.

Lead team operations and system optimizations:

  • Manage a landscape view of our team's programs, operations, and metrics that connect everything we do and drive understanding and connection with key partners.
  • Drive intentional process improvements that help our team reach our key engagement outcomes.

Who You Are:

  • 12+ years of experience in the People space, with significant experience in learning, content development, and communications.
  • Experience building foundational elements of programs and concepts from conception to execution.
  • A values-aligned team player who demonstrates an understanding and passion for employee engagement, belonging and development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to share a strong point of view that influences cross-functional groups and drives a clear direction.
  • Ability to work confidently and thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented environment where a high degree of flexibility is required.
