Essential Job Duties
The primary purpose of this position is to support a focused project to evaluate extended absence (leave) processes by reviewing and compiling data across multiple HR systems. The role is responsible for analyzing leave-related entries in systems such as PeopleSoft, HR Now, and WolfTime, and accurately documenting key data points in a centralized tracking tool. The primary goal is to identify timelines between actions, uncover process delays, and support data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and compliance in leave administration.

Minimum Experience/Education

  • At least 1-2 years of experience working with HR data, administrative processes, or data analysis, preferably in a human resources or operations environment.
  • Experience using HR systems such as PeopleSoft, ServiceNow (HR Now), or timekeeping systems (e.g., WolfTime), along with proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data tracking and analysis

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review and document data
  • Experience working with data across multiple systems or platforms
  • Ability to follow complex processes and interpret HR-related transactions or workflows
  • Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for tracking and organizing data
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of detailed entries
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee data

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education

  • Experience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, ServiceNow (HR Now), or timekeeping systems (e.g., WolfTime)
  • Familiarity with leave administration processes (e.g., FMLA, extended absence, disability, or payroll/time entry processes)
  • Experience with data analysis or process evaluation projects
  • Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, or potential process gaps
