Lead Structural Inspector

As a Lead Structural Inspector, you operate at the intersection of engineering intent and field execution-bringing technical rigor, practical judgment, and leadership to every inspection activity. You are trusted to assess structural work with a critical eye, ensuring alignment with design specifications, regulatory requirements, and project objectives. Purpose of the role You will be responsible for leading and executing advanced structural inspection activities on projects of significant scale and complexity. This role exists to safeguard quality and compliance while enabling efficient project delivery. You apply independent judgment, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of structural systems to evaluate construction activities, identify risks, and recommend solutions that align with project and organizational goals.
