Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The day begins. You step in with purpose.

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Reviewing vehicle titles for accuracy and ensuring all documentation is correct.
• Sending communications to the auction house, sites, and vendors.
• Processing payments from recent auction sales and completing asset retirement paperwork.
• Submit the necessary paperwork to the DMV to register the equipment and transfer ownership from seller to buyer.
• Managing the toll system and uploading toll invoices for payment.
• Pulling fuel data from IBM Maximo software for tax filings.
• Updating and managing assets in fleet tracking software.
• Updating and managing electronic databases or auction software to track title status.
• Researching and fixing missing titles, VIN errors, or incorrect mileage records.
• Communicating with, and sending titles to, buyers and sellers, to facilitate final, legal ownership transfer.
• Ensuring all vehicle records are properly organized, filed, and secured before, during, and after the auction.
