Practising Law Institute (PLI) is seeking a Director, Contracts and Compliance Management to support the organization's commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and risk management needs. This role is ideal for a legally trained professional who excels at contract review and compliance support and is excited to use AI and legal technology to deliver efficient, highquality legal work at scale. This position plays a key role in helping PLI modernize its legal operations while serving as a trusted partner to internal teams across the organization. What You'll Do

COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS POSITION In compliance with applicable New York City and New York State paytransparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
