LSS Financial Counseling offers a financial wellbeing benefit (Financial Choice) to organizations, employers, or financial institutions primarily in Minnesota but also nationwide. The focus of Financial Choice is to increase the financial wellbeing of those lives covered by this benefit. This position supports the growth capacity and potential to reach more member benefit groups and employers to expand the Financial Choice program and financial education opportunities.

This position manages the financial choice sales and partnerships. The Financial Choice Sales Specialist is a self-directed, results-driven professional responsible for promoting and selling financial choice products and services. This role focuses on identifying and securing new contracts, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate tracking of sales performance.

Job Requirements:



  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, insurance, employee benefits, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of financial choice products and the ability to communicate their value effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
