Overview

As a Business Process Specialist at Keysight Technologies, you play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing operational workflows across multiple departments, including manufacturing, planning, and inventory control. Your work ensures seamless coordination between systems like Oracle and Opcenter, facilitates training and documentation, and supports cross-functional teams in achieving operational excellence.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Operational Support & Systems Coordination

- Manage and troubleshoot job releases, BOM updates, and material transactions in Oracle and Opcenter systems.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to validate manufacturing transfers and alternate BOM setups for resiliency and efficiency.
- Assist in resolving unreleased job statuses and ensure accurate material consumption and routing.

Inventory & WIP Management

- Lead and train others on quarterly AGED WIP Counts and Wall-to-Wall inventory processes.
- Provide guidance and documentation for RTV (Return to Vendor) procedures and physical adjustments.
- Support colleagues in understanding and executing complex inventory tasks, often going beyond assigned responsibilities.

Training & Documentation

- Develop and distribute job aids and training materials for systems and processes, including Oracle WIP Job Count and Opcenter role assignments.
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions and provide ongoing support to team members transitioning into new roles or systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with planning, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure accurate setup and transfer of parts across sites.
- Act as a liaison between departments to clarify roles, responsibilities, and project scopes, especially during transitions or new initiatives.

Mentorship & Recognition

- Provide mentorship and support to colleagues, often stepping in to assist with tasks outside your formal scope.
- Recognized by peers and managers for your patience, dedication, and willingness to help others succeed.

Tools & Systems

- Oracle ERP
- Opcenter MES
- Microsoft Teams & SharePoint
- Internal training platforms (e.g., KS Help)


Qualifications

May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically minimum of 3 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.

Proficient in MS Office suite, MES, Oracle.

Pay Range:

USD $73,580.00 - USD $122,630.00 Year
