We'rehiringMedical Team Leaderthatis responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations including facilitation of communication between field staff and leadership, interfacing withoutside agenciesand otherCrowdRxentities,making time critical decisions, reporting of daily issues and achievements to leadership, acting as a role model to field employees, medical volunteersand providing coaching opportunities when standards are not upheld, appropriately escalating anyneeds to the appropriatesupervisor, as well as other operational support functions as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Servein a Task Force Leader (TFL) function managing resourcessuch as ambulances, clinical providers, responders, and operations staffwithina designated medical tent.

• Conduct field training,supervision,education,evaluationand remediation of new and continuing employees.

• Document patient information, conditionandtreatmentwhilemaintainingconfidentiality and patient rights.

• Take pride in providinga safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.

• UseappropriateEMTskills to provide care includingcommunications, medicalequipment, cleaningprocedures, officeequipment,and tools.

• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner withalliedhealth and public safety personnel as well as your fellow EMTs.

MinimumRequired Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• 2 to 3yearsofEMS supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• Current and valid New York State EMT certification or higher, company-approved CPR certification, and Driver's License are required.

• ICS 100, 200, 700 and 800 certifications at time of application, ICS 300 and 400 within two months of hire through a company sponsored training program, if required by assignment.

• State Driver's License

• ALS orBLS, NREMT

• Must be able to function as a field provider at either the ALS or BLS level andmaintainall associated certifications.

• Driving record compliantwith company policy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Related experience in healthcare
