Description Job Title: Advanced Machinist Technician Location: Scottsdale, AZ Employment Type: Contract Industry: Defense Compensation: $32.17 plus 10% shift differential Schedule: 2nd Shift What You'll Do: Operate machine tools including lathes, mills, drill presses, grinders, and saws Set up equipment, make adjustments, and perform basic machine maintenance Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and process sheets to complete production tasks Cut and shape metal materials to precise dimensions and tolerances Inspect finished parts using gauges, jigs, and fixtures to ensure quality standards About the Opportunity: Step into a hands-on role where you'll bring precision and craftsmanship to life by machining and shaping metal components to exact specifications.
