**Medical Mutual employees must submit their applications through MySource.** **This is a temporary position in Brooklyn, OH, requiring 5 days per week on-site (Monday-Friday).** Founded in 1934, Medical Mutual is the oldest and one of the largest health insurance companies based in Ohio. Job Summary: Performs the necessary intake and set-up of FMLA and ADA applications for the Specialty Group's book of business. Maintains leave administration system records of applications and files.
