Pay Rate: $27.48 per hour RADIAS Health is hiring a part-time Mental Health Practitioner to provide mental health services at our Crisis Stabilization program. The staff will provide recovery-oriented, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitative services for 12-16 adults struggling with acute symptoms of mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders. The Mental Health Practitioner provides professional, quality program services to the clients served at the RADIAS Health Crisis facility and works with other members of the team to assist clients in obtaining and maintaining an optimum quality of life consistent with client needs and preferences. The work uses evidence-based practices adapted for the agency and the client's specific needs. The emphasis is placed on working with clients in community settings and directly providing the services necessary to assist clients in achieving their goals. Some job duties: provide direct services to the residents, develop a therapeutic relationships with residents, medication administration, ensure the safety of the facility and general supervision, provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed and participate in cleaning duties and the up-keep of the facility.
