Utah Market President

The position is responsible for developing and expanding client relationships in the Salt Lake City area originating, underwriting and closing profitable deposits and commercial loans in the $1MM to $15MM target range. Responsible for proactive client portfolio management, exceptional customer service and selling full commercial banking solutions to clients. The position will also include the recruitment and oversight of additional business bankers focused on similar depository and commercial lending customers.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have at least ten years of commercial lending experience. Bachelor degree preferred but not required. The candidate must possess proven strong relationship building, prospecting, loan structuring, underwriting, negotiation, client management and client retention skills. Thorough knowledge of commercial products and services. Extensive knowledge of commercial lending laws, regulations and practices. Experience with treasury management products strongly preferred. Working knowledge of financial statements required.
