  • Partner with the Finance to support financial reporting by delivering accurate, timely, and well-supported accounting data
  • Meet established close deadlines (monthly, quarterly, and year-end), including working through tight timelines and competing priorities during close periods.
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and drive issues through resolution
  • Identify risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities within assigned areas
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to obtain, analyze, and validate data needed for journal entries and reconciliations
  • Support external audits, including preparation of schedules and responding to auditor inquiries
  • Operate effectively within a controlled accounting environment, including documentation, review processes, and audit readiness
  • Partner with the Corporate Accounting Manager and other team member on ad hoc requests, special projects, and process improvements

Who You Are:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret data and confidently drive conversations through resolution
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced close environment

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 8+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting experience (audit or assurance) and industry experience as a Senior Accountant at a prior company
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting close processes
  • Experience operating in a controlled environment with documented processes and reviews
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take full ownership of workstreams
  • Experience supporting audits

Required Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel proficiency required, including:
    • Ability to independently build, audit, and maintain complex spreadsheets used in close and reconciliation processes
    • PivotTables for analyzing large data sets and resolving issues
    • Advanced formulas

  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar)

Working Requirements:
