Marketing Specialist SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking a marketing specialist to add to our Sports + Entertainment group. This role supports a cross-functional sales and marketing team and requires a well-rounded skill set in marketing communications, with an emphasis in event planning and coordination. This role also requires the flexibility to support active pursuits and time-sensitive business needs. A partner to business operations, this role is focused on planning and executing comprehensive communications strategies and event programs that foster team member engagement, reinforce company culture, and support organizational objectives, while remaining responsive to pursuit-driven priorities. This role partners closely with marketing leadership and executive administration to deliver high-quality communications, coordinate multiple annual events, and maintain business platforms. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong design sensibility, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in connecting team members across the operating group through event experiences, timely communications and agile support. RESPONSIBILITIES

The base pay range for this role is $68,700 - $92,800. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
