Business Execution Consultant - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

This contractor will be supporting a strategic initiative to initiate and enhance quarterly conduct and culture reporting. The role will focus on creating more robust features, enhancing metrics, and producing a dashboard for leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic consultant to business and control partners, leveraging data and reporting tools to generate insights and develop data-driven narratives.

Responsibilities:

• Support large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives across multiple businesses
• Act as a strategic consultant to business and control partners by identifying execution gaps and advising on scalable solutions
• Research and analyze moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives
• Operate independently to provide leadership, insights, and recommendations for control functions and risk programs
• Support end-to-end program and initiative execution by facilitating decision making and resolving issues
• Leverage data and reporting tools to generate insights and develop data-driven narratives that inform stakeholders and senior leadership
• Partner with LOBs and consultants on the most effective and efficient way to share information across workstreams

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data dashboards, and automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
• Ability to take complex information and present it as a story for leadership
• Banking or finance industry experience is highly desirable

Pay range: $43.13 - $51.13 per hour
