TITLE: Business Analyst Sales Comm-Reporting



POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Sales Commission and Reporting Analyst will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and administering sales compensation plans to drive sales performance and support the achievement of business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales compensation design, data analysis, sales team dashboards and a deep understanding of sales incentive structures.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university.
  • Three to Five years' experience in commission accounting and sales reporting is required.
  • Must be able to work independently and perform to high standards of productivity and accuracy. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and display the ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
  • Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
  • Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Assist in the development and implementation of commission models.
  • Ensure sales compensation practices adhere to company policies.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits and reviews of compensation data to maintain data integrity.
  • Research and facilitate the resolution of sales commission related issues. Identify and report systemic or recurring problems.
  • Support sales team members by responding to inquiries, providing report training and investigating data and other potential compensation errors.
  • Evaluate different compensation structures at the request of management.
  • Assist in developing training materials to educate sales teams on compensation programs and tools.



WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:



  • Work in smoke-free, office setting
  • Interacts with customers and employees within corporate headquarters.
