Department Summary The Texas Municipal Clerks Association (TMCA), in partnership with the University of North Texas, supports the professional development and certification of municipal clerks across Texas. The department administers the Texas Municipal Clerks Certification Program (TMCCP), coordinates educational seminars and events, and provides resources that promote excellence in local government administration. Position Overview The Texas Municipal Clerks Association is seeking a creative and detail-oriented part-time Graphic Design Specialist to support the organization's visual communication needs. This role is responsible for developing engaging, professional, and brand-consistent design materials that support TMCA's programs, events, and other member communications. Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree in related field and one year work experience in print, video, and/or electronic media production, or related field; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Understanding of the principles, equipment, software, and practices of the field of media design and production. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting events, marketing campaigns, or communications initiatives Required License/Registration/Certifications Job Duties
