Position Summary

The Commercial Loan Data Analyst will perform specific duties related to Commercial loan servicing including management reporting through core system, extraction of files from core to workflow system, and general core system maintenance review. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed system reports per request, preparation of board reports and various weekly portfolio management reports.
  • Daily reconciliation management of loan related accounts including nCino balancing.
  • Ensure Commercial Loan exception reports are consistently reviewed and appropriately addressed.
  • Liaison with Core Vendor on system functionality, enhancements, system updates, and conversions.
  • Input and verification of Master Rate Index changes
  • Quality control verification of loans booked and maintenance on banks core system to validate system and general ledger input to ensure Commercial loan system integrity.
  • Test SOPs for updates and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Representative of Commercial Loan Servicing for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Provide training on system parameters, coding requirements, and policy/procedural requirements for Commercial Loan Servicing.
  • Assist management with internal/external loan examinations.
Education & Experience

Knowledge of:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commercial loan operations
  • Report writing
  • Commercial loan bank regulations and compliance
  • Organization and time management skills

Ability to:

  • Prioritize projects; multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Prepare comprehensive reports
  • Identify, problem solve and exercise exceptional use of good judgement with respect to issues/circumstances as they arise
  • Work independently
  • Research information and analyze data

Education and Training:

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in Commercial loan operations specializing in loan servicing
  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office

Compensation and Benefits

Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.

(Base Pay Range:$26 - $36/hour)
